Sunrise of Cary – Assisted Living

This project involved the construction of new three-story, 61,931 SF assisted living facility. It consists of structural steel with concrete poured metal decks, metal stud wall framing with shingle and flat roof decks. The exterior facade consists of cultured stone and HardiePlank siding. Aesthetic features include paver driveways and a porte-cochere. The facilities will include a full-service kitchen, laundry, hair care, entertainment center, library, and a crafts area.
