The largest supplier of lettuce east of the Mississippi, TKM Farms’ project is constructed of tilt-wall Thermomass® Building Insulation Panels, conventional steel and single-ply roof. The facility includes 28,400 SF of 35º F cold storage, a 55º F process room totaling 12,800 SF, 8,000 SF of ambient container and box storage, and an 18,570 SF, two-story office.
