New construction of a clubhouse with pool, pool house, and pool equipment enclosure. The clubhouse has four ballrooms, a warming kitchen, grand lobby, and a lodge room. The pool area consists of a gas fire pit and beach entry pool with lap lanes. The pool house features exposed, heavy-timber trusses, a full kitchen, restrooms, and a fireplace.
