Construction of a 24,400 SF community center featuring a ballroom and club room as well as a 23,500 SF fitness center with indoor pool, heated spa, men’s and women’s massage facilities, steam room and sauna. Also included are a guardhouse and sales center. The facility also includes courts for tennis, horseshoe, pickle ball and bocce.
