Pioneer Growers – Phase II + III

The project includes the demolition of the existing packing house and construction of a new, 64,473 SF facility featuring tilt-wall Thermomass® Building Insulation Panels. The main portion is a 34,484 SF corn cooler, which includes new racking, a connecting ice room and nine (9) dock doors for hipping/receiving. Adjacent to the new corn cooler is an 11,773 SF refrigerated vegetable processing room and offices. Pioneer also received a two-story, 11,380 SF office space located off the east side of the corn cooler. An exterior 3,600 SF canopy-covered vegetable processing area is included, as well as new parking areas that will wrap along the east side of the building.
