Palencia Clubhouse & Swim/Fitness

The clubhouse is a four-story, concrete and masonry structure with wood trusses and barrel tile roof. This facility features a basement cart storage area, offices, a grille/bar, pro shop, banquet hall, banquet kitchen, formal and informal dining areas, locker rooms, card rooms, and a library. The sales center is a two-story masonry structure with wood trusses and a barrel tile roof and features galleries, a library/ sample room, kid’s room, offices, and support space. Outside consists of a resort pool with a slide, lap pool, and kid’s pool.
