The project consists of two 100,000 SF heavy timber loft buildings that are currently vacant with renovation plans underway. The 20,000 SF floor plates are rare in the existing loft office market, yet the building easily demises from 20,000 SF to 5,000 SF. The site will accommodate approximately 45 cars, which gives us an advantage over many other markets such as the West Loop, where parking is nearly impossible to find.
