JJ Taylor Transfer Facility

Designed to handle the daily movement of beverage products for JJ Taylor’s East Central Florida retail customers, the 25,000 SF transfer facility was built on a 6 acre site. The scope of the project included parking areas, sidewalks and the tilt-wall construction of the office/warehouse building. The building includes 6,000 SF office area, with accompanying route truck drive through warehouse. The warehouse has cold storage and ambient areas, as well as six dock positions for bulk product delivery.
