JJ Taylor Distribution Center

The addition of 150,000 SF of conditioned warehouse space with a truck drive-through loading bay, 3,000 SF of office space, a 30,000 SF keg cooler, site improvements and construction of a new 4,500 SF maintenance building complete the recent expansion of the distribution center. This project includes one of the largest integrated commercial solar rooftop in Florida. The building features 40-foot tilt-up walls with conventional steel, an automated high-cube storage and retrieval system (ASRS) and integrated TPO roof solar system. The solar array includes 3,333 panels, capable of producing 1.1 megawatts, enough to supply 80-90% of the facility’s power needs.
