Project Details
The IDI Madison Industrial Park consists of five warehouse sites and we built two of them. Building “E” is a 147,000 SF flex-space warehouse including 36-foot tall tilt-wall featuring a built-up roof system, a 35-foot glass curtain wall storefront, and decorative canopies. Building “A” was the second structure built, consisting of a 386,000 SF flex-space warehouse with 106 loading docks, a 36-foot tilt-wall with a built-up roof system, a 35-foot glass curtain wall storefront, and decorative canopies.
