Construction of a 120-bed, two-story assisted living facility with a Mediterranean style façade complete with stucco, stone and Spanish tile roof. The facility features a movie theater, salon, meeting and craft rooms, and a full bar accompanied by game rooms. The center courtyard has ample space for outside exercise or covered dining next to a custom built koi pond.
