Often when we build a mixed-use property or construct a light industrial facility, we also do the fit out or tenant improvement (TI) for that same property. We also work with tenants and management companies on small $1-5 million, stand-alone tenant improvement and renovation projects as well.  

A building doesn’t come to life until this phase is completed and we enjoy being part of the final aspects.

Our TI experience ranges from a few thousand square feet of retail space to complex, multi-phased projects across entire light industrial parks.
